JOB SUMMARY: The Slot Attendant is responsible for providing change to customers playing slot machines.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for providing change to customers playing slot machines.
Responsible for signing, verifying and balancing bank at beginning and ending of shift, and for making buys of change through cage cashier to maintain correct amount of coin in bank.
Responsible for checking in and out equipment on a daily basis.
Responsible for providing excellent customer service to casino customers.
Responsible for ensuring jet sort amounts are zeroed out at the end of shift.
Responsible for dispersing the correct amount of monies for jackpots and fills.
Responsible for utilizing computer to run print outs on hand pay jackpots, fills or short pays.
Responsible for any shortages and overages in accordance with Policy No 513.
Responsible for reporting any suspicious activity or customer to supervisor.
May be required to perform other slot position duties.
Separates tips from casino monies.
Performs preventive maintenance on slot machines, coin handling machines and related equipment.
