Membership is free and it's easy to join. Simply fill out the below online application and stop by the 4 Bears Player's Club Booth on your next visit to receive your membership card. We will have your name registered into our computer prior to your arrival.
Play your favorite slot machine! Insert your membership card into the card reader box attached to the slot machine before you begin to play. Leave your card in the box until you finish, but don't forget to take it with you. (Points accumulate as you play.)
Present your membership card to the dealer or floor person. Please remember to take your card with you to each table you play. (Points will be credited to your account.)
4 Bears Player's Club members are entitled to special benefits and various discounts throughout the facility. You'll also receive special event invitations and valuable offers in the mail.
