Attire is smart casual to business casual.

We encourage polished, put-together styles such as collared shirts, dresses, blouses, and neat denim, golf shorts, or slacks.

To maintain the ambiance of the restaurant, we kindly ask that guests avoid overly casual or athletic wear, including items such as sweatpants, gym shorts, or flip flops.

The Bison Room Steakhouse offers a carefully crafted menu made for steak and seafood lovers. From a perfectly marbled ribeye and prime New York strip to bone-in bison ribeye and our signature tomahawk, each steak is prepared to bring out bold, natural flavor. 

Seafood favorites include Chilean seabass, twin lobster tails, grilled salmon, tuna steak, and walleye — all made with fresh ingredients and bold flavor. 

House specialties include: 

  • Wagyu burger with truffle aioli 
  • Herb-crusted lamb rack 
  • Crispy half chicken 
  • Bison Bolognese
